Testing Equipment—
To ensure the quality of CNC machined parts, advanced measurement laboratory equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), optical profile projector, automatic inspection equipment, and other high-precision inspection instruments are employed. The CNC machined parts undergo 10 quality control checkpoints, ensuring quality from design to process planning and process arrangement. The key process capability index (CPK) is maintained at 1.68 or above.

ALUMINUM CNC MACHINING

STEEL CNC MACHINING
Due to its special properties such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance, stainless steel has become one of the commonly chosen materials by engineers. Common grades of stainless steel include austenitic, martensitic, 304, 303, 316, 420, duplex stainless steel, etc. Different grades of stainless steel have different physical properties. If your product requires non-magnetism, high toughness, and plasticity but does not prioritize strength, it is recommended to use austenitic stainless steel. IRON CNC MACHINING
