What is CNC milling?

ASSESSMENT AND IDENTIFICATION


Optimization mainly aims to improve the shortcomings of the current design in order to enhance the processing efficiency and product quality of the parts. This includes adjustments such as simplifying the part’s structure, reducing processing steps, optimizing material selection, etc. Through optimization, costs can be lowered, production efficiency and product performance can be improved.


DFM EVALUATION AND OPTIMIZATION



DFM evaluation and optimization mainly involves analyzing the manufacturability of the design, making adjustments and improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Optimization includes measures such as simplifying the design, reducing the number of CNC machined components, optimizing material selection, etc., to lower costs and increase competitiveness.


RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION

The inspection of raw materials before CNC machining is very important. Before CNC machining, raw materials need to be tested to ensure that the quality of raw materials meets the requirements. This includes the inspection of the appearance, size, chemical composition, hardness and other aspects of the raw material to ensure the availability and conformity of the raw material. Through strict raw material testing, processing problems caused by raw material quality problems can be avoided, and the quality and stability of product processing can be improved.


INSPECTION PROCESS - INSPECTION

During the CNC machining process, process inspection is very important. Process inspection refers to the operator regularly checking and monitoring the quality and accuracy of the processed parts to ensure the process is running smoothly and to avoid any issues or defects. Through timely inspection, problems can be identified and resolved to ensure that the product quality meets requirements. Process inspection helps to improve production efficiency and product quality, ensuring smooth processing.


SURFACE TREATMENT

After passing the product quality inspection by the Quality Department colleagues, the corresponding surface treatment will be done according to customer needs, such as: sand blasting, oxidation, powder coating, baking paint, plating, silk screen printing, laser engraving…and other various surface treatments can be customized in different colors according to customer demands.


CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING

After all sizes have been tested and qualified, we will take photos for customer confirmation before packaging and shipping. For some high-end products, we can provide customers with customized packaging with LOGO; For fragile or heavy products, reasonable and safe packaging methods can be customized, such as cartons or wooden boxes.
